Located in the Colorado Technology Center Business Park off of Dillon Road in Louisville, CO. We have an exciting mix of equipment to create constantly varied high intensity workouts that will ALWAYS keeps you motivated, excited, and challenged. Our 4600 sq/ft facility includes our CrossFit gym with 25 foot high ceilings and way too many pieces of equipment too list.
Our facility incorporates an amazing massage therapy program with lead therapist and coach Amber. Our massage includes a multiple array of treatment options. Massage therapy will allow you to relax and rejuvenate your body and is a great way to treat yourself after some of our challenging CrossFit workouts.
Our facility also features a kids room to keep the little ones engaged and happy while parents lose themselves in a CrossFit workout or massage session.
